Enjoy year-round comfort with reversible air conditioning. For families, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request, at a cost of €10 per night, capped at €30 each.
A €250 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., but later check-ins are possible upon request, for an additional €10 per additional hour, payable to the concierge in cash.

Take tram C or D from Saint Jean station to Porte de Bourgogne station, then walk across the bridge (12 minutes) or take tram A to Stalingrad station.
To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking, the nearest public parking is "Parking Indigo Bordeaux Bastide".
