On the ground floor: A cozy apartment for 4 people. The living area includes a TV area with a sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The tastefully decorated bedroom is located on the basement floor and features a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. This apartment is not recommended for children due to the steep staircase leading to the bedroom.
On the 1st floor: A bright apartment for 4 people. The living space consists of a TV area, a bar table, and a fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in light thanks to the glass walls. The bedroom, on the ground floor, offers a double bed (140 cm) with direct access to the bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. The rooftop terrace, furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, is ideal for having breakfast or an aperitif while enjoying a view of the rooftops of Bordeaux.
These two apartments can accommodate up to 8 people while offering independent spaces for greater privacy. They combine the charm of a historic building with modern comforts. Located in the same building, they are close to Bordeaux's iconic attractions, making them perfect for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
Departures are no later than 10 a.m.
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A from the “Aéroport de Mérignac” stop to the “Hôtel de Ville” stop, then walk for 6 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take bus 1 from the “Gare Saint Jean” stop to the “Palais de Justice” stop and walk 7 minutes or take tram C from the “Gare Saint Jean” stop to the “Place de la Bourse” stop and walk 11 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking, the public parking "Clemenceau Auditorium" is located 350 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is €30 for the day.
