Single-story villa built in 2020 which comprises:
Entrance hall, open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, etc.)
Living room with television and 140cm sofa bed - access to the large terrace (garden furniture, electric barbecue and deckchair) with unobstructed views of the beautiful village of Banyuls.
A separate toilet, a bathroom (shower) with toilet
A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage, second bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and storage.
A cellar with washing machine.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.
Your vehicle will be parked in the private driveway in front of the villa.
Below, a fenced garden. A beautiful space to enjoy our Mediterranean sunshine. A bicycle is available (the agency declines all responsibility for its condition).
This is an ideal location for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet! Beautiful hikes are available from the house, as well as more challenging ones in the Albères or Pyrenees mountains.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
