Very functional 25m² apartment on the raised ground floor - Ideal location: walking distance to the ski slopes and the village of Arêches - In a residence of 70 apartments in Val Blanc II, with a shared swimming pool in summer* - cabin entrance with bunk beds - bathroom/wc.
