Beautiful, comfortable, and bright 66m² apartment for 4 to 5 people in the center of Beaufort-sur-Doron. The 3rd floor boasts an unobstructed view and is conveniently located in a central location offering many options.
Spacious entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, one with access to the balcony (220 x 220 duvets), beautiful bathroom and separate toilet. Very well-equipped kitchen open on one side to the living room with access to the balcony and on the other to the dining room. A 90 cm bed in the living room with a 90 cm drawer (140 x 190 cm duvet).
Forget the car and enjoy the proximity of village services after your long days of hiking or skiing. It's a considerable advantage!
Small supermarket, bakeries, butchers, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, recycling centers, weekly craft market, Beaufort dairy cooperative, tourist office, medical center, etc. Everything is within walking distance.
Easy parking close to the apartment and large private cellar (+- 8 m2) allowing you to store ski equipment (with 4 pairs of boot dryers + 4 helmets or gloves) or several bikes.
In winter:

With its central location at the foot of the Cormet de Roselend pass, you will have quick access to numerous hiking trails, mountain biking trails, road cycling, a magnificent via ferrata, an outdoor swimming pool (100 m away), climbing, tennis courts, fishing, numerous high-altitude lakes, etc.
You are also located 50 meters from the Beaufortain dairy cooperative which offers free tours and the sale of cheese directly from producer to consumer.
Beaufort and Arêches are small, authentic, and vibrant Savoyard villages. Far from mass tourism, they preserve their agricultural environment and a warm mountain mentality. Reserved for enthusiasts!
Nearby by car: Albertville, Chambéry, Annecy, Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Aix-Les-Bains, Chamonix Mont Blanc etc.
