Pleasant and spacious 50 m² duplex in the Val Blanc I residence, with a swimming pool in summer*. The apartment is close to all amenities in the heart of the village, 50 meters from the ski slopes.
It includes on the ground floor, a dining room with kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, LVV), a bedroom for a couple with a 140 cm bed. On the mezzanine, it opens onto a large living room equipped with two sofa beds (140 and 160), which opens onto a small bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds.
The terrace offers a magnificent view of the heart of the village towards the red ravines and will allow you to settle down for a sunbath.
The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Numerous games and books are available.
In winter, for skiing, the apartment has a functional 6-seat ski locker on the 2nd floor. Clothes can be dried in the equipped bathroom.
The owners are happy to share their vacation rental with you. Due to their allergies and to keep the property pristine, pets are not welcome.
From the downtown entrance, the apartment is located on the 4th floor. It is located on level 4 when accessed from the parking lots at the bottom of the building. An elevator is available.
Tourist tax according to the current scale is to be expected in addition to the displayed rate. It is possible to rent sheets and household linens. In the summer (from July 1st to August 31st), you have access to the building's unsupervised communal pool. From the apartment, you have a view of the pool. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
