Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a fold-away double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a relaxation area with a sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its calm and proximity to the beach
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Television, Hairdryer, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, etc. Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is located 50 m from the Jetée la Chapelle and its beach.
At the foot of the residence, you will find on your right a small supermarket, a café, a hairdresser and a pharmacy.

Arcachon is a commune in southwestern France located in the Gironde department. This is an opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities through the many hiking trails, bike paths, and bodies of water ideal for water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, strolling around the harbor, or even taking a boat to Bird Island. The Winter Town is a neighborhood where you can discover eccentric and original architecture, including mosaics, Gothic mansions, and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of Arcachon Bay, the forest, and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
It is a charming town that perfectly combines a renowned seaside resort with a typical small town with the scent of pine and sea salt.
