This spacious one-bedroom apartment is located in a secure, family-friendly building near Salis Beach. It has an elevator and features an outdoor pool. It is next to the beach and a 15-minute walk from Antibes Old Town and Juan-les-Pins.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa.

This apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building with a small elevator.
There is no parking space but you can park on the street (subject to availability).
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Clients will be in contact with the agency throughout their stay to ensure the quality of their vacation.
They will also contact you for check-in and check-out.
Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.
This apartment is located in the famous Antibes neighborhood called "La Salis." Known for its fine sandy beaches and superb seaside atmosphere, La Salis Beach is the last beach in Antibes before the entrance to Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil Beach. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and attracts many vacationers in the summer.
This beach is directly adjacent to the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil Beach (200 meters away), which is better protected.
Beautiful view of Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of La Salis.
To access this beach from Antibes city center, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is located just before Cap d'Antibes (be careful to always stay on the left when following the seafront).
Everything is within walking distance. Located in a residential area, you can simply stroll along the beach and enjoy the nearby shops.
A public car park near Ponteil Beach is nearby to park your vehicle.
Antibes SNCF train station 1.9 km and 2.2 km from Juan les Pins SNCF train station
By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit
Possibility of a subscription to secure Ponteil parking, 450 meters from the apartment: approximately 60 euros/week

Cleaning fees are included at the end of your stay. Please leave the dishes clean and the trash taken out before your departure.
Sheets are included in the reservation. There will be one set of sheets per bed upon arrival. There will also be one towel per person upon arrival.
There is one roll of toilet paper, one bathroom cleaner, one kitchen towel and one soap sample per person upon arrival.

The pool is not heated. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day EXCEPT Sundays and public holidays.
There are no beach/pool towels in the apartment.
