Enjoy this 35 m² studio, located on the sixth floor (accessible by elevator), which can accommodate up to 3 guests. Bright and comfortable, it features a pleasant living area and a terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.
The accommodation includes:
- A comfortable living area with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, opening onto the terrace,
- A dining area,
- An equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator),
- A sleeping area with a single bed,
- A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,
- A terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining,
- A washing machine, hairdryer, and iron,
- A television with satellite or cable channels, and Wi-Fi,
- Air conditioning, radiators, and central heating,
- A smoke detector and clothes hangers,
