This family home is perfect for your stay in Antibes. Thanks to its ideal location in the center of Antibes, you can easily walk to local shops, restaurants, beaches, train stations, and the old town! It also features a parking space in the garden for your car and a private outdoor pool.

This single-story family house of 120 m2 with a 720 m2 garden is composed as follows:

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a dining table. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an espresso coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer
- Bathroom 1: shower, toilet and sink
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 single bed + possibility of an extra folding bed for one person (available on request)
- Bathroom 2: bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, storage and view of the swimming pool
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, storage and view of the swimming pool
This house has AC in the living room and wifi throughout the place.
The pool is private and can be used whenever you wish. It is not heated and no noise after 10:00 p.m.
Guests will have access to the entire venue, only one door will be locked for personal belongings.
Guests will be in contact with our agency throughout their stay to ensure the quality of your vacation.
Please contact us a few days in advance to confirm your arrival date so that someone can welcome you to the property at the agreed time.
Check-ins are between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM and later check-ins may be possible, please contact the agency to see if this is possible.
Check-out is at 10 a.m. Housekeeping is included, but dishes must be done before departure and trash must be disposed of.
The house is located on a residential street in Antibes, ideal for family stays. However, you can find restaurants down the street.

Parties are prohibited / Animals are prohibited.
Sheets are included in the reservation: one set of sheets per room will be provided upon arrival with 1 towel per person.
Pool towels are not included but can be rented (€4 per towel per stay). Please contact the agency if you are interested.
Cleaning is included in the reservation but the dishes must be done and thrown away before departure.
Pool size: 6.1 M x 3.75 M
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
