Ideally located in the heart of the city, between the old town and the beaches, it offers easy access to the seaside while being close to all shops. Everything is within walking distance.

Spacious private T3 accommodation of 72 m², recently renovated with modern comfort, clean and quiet.

The apartment features a sheltered and equipped terrace overlooking a peaceful courtyard. It consists of a large, bright living room with a sofa bed opening onto the garden and inner courtyard terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator), and two beautiful bright double bedrooms with large closets, a bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks, and a separate toilet. There’s also a desk.

You benefit from air conditioning in each room, a closed, secure, and private parking space (accessible by elevator), or numerous paid parking options on Rue du Maréchal Reille. Check-in by appointment.

Self-check-in with a key box code. Wi-Fi. The building has double security at the entrance and is quiet, requiring respect for the neighbors. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 (new equipment, paint, and furniture).
