This apartment located on the 3rd floor consists of:

- a bathroom on the right with toilet, walk-in shower, sink, storage, hair dryer
- a spacious living room with a double bed and a sofa that converts into a second double bed
- Dining table for 4 people facing the terrace
- Fully equipped open kitchen: hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine
- Large terrace accessible from the living room and kitchen with sea view
- Private garage space inside the building
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes. I am therefore in the area and available by phone or text (SMS/Whatsapp).

This apartment is located in the famous Antibes neighborhood called "La Salis." Known for its fine sandy beaches and superb seaside atmosphere, La Salis Beach is the last beach in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil Beach. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and attracts many vacationers in the summer.
This beach is directly adjacent to the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil Beach (200 meters away), which is better protected.
Beautiful view of Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of La Salis.
To get to this beach from Antibes city center, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is located just before Cap d'Antibes (be careful to always keep left while following the seafront).
Everything is within walking distance. Located in a pedestrian-only neighborhood, you can simply stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the proximity of the shops.
Public parking near Port Vauban is nearby to park your vehicle.
Antibes SNCF train station 1.9 km away and 2.2 km from Juan les Pins SNCF train station
By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit
Possibility of a secure parking subscription in Ponteil, 450 meters from the apartment: approximately 60 euros/week

We offer luxury amenities, with bed linens and towels included in the rental price. Bathroom amenities (shampoo, shower gel, and soap) are also included per person.
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
