A small, atypical cottage in the heart of Antibes' old town, in the heart of the historic district. The cottage was completely renovated in 2021 and is perfect for your stays with friends or family. This accommodation is fully equipped, has convertible air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

This charming little house is ideally located on Rue de Fersen in the old town of Antibes. It is composed as follows:
- entrance with separate toilet
- open and fully equipped kitchen with a spacious bar for your dinners (can be used as a work space)
- living room with very comfortable sofa and smart TV (there are no channels, only access to internet applications)
On the floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a small desk for working and a window overlooking rue de Fersen.
On the second floor there is the second bedroom with double bed and the adjoining shower room open to the bedroom.
The entire accommodation has reversible air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Guests have access to the entire accommodation.

This accommodation is located in old Antibes which is the historic district of the city.
Its ramparts, narrow streets, restaurants/cafés, and the Vauban port are must-sees on the Côte d'Azur.
Ideally located in a pedestrian street for a successful vacation (parking nearby).
Numerous markets throughout the week, including the famous Provençal market. A holiday atmosphere guaranteed! You'll be in this highly sought-after vacation spot!
The furniture is recent and the apartment very clean in a refined style renovated in 2018.
Everything is within walking distance. Located in a pedestrian-only neighborhood, you can simply stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the proximity of the shops.
Public parking near Port Vauban is nearby to park your vehicle.
Antibes SNCF train station 5 minutes on foot
By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit
Possibility of a QPARK secure parking subscription (100m from the apartment) approximately 60 euros/week

The cottage cannot accommodate people in wheelchairs due to the stairs and steps.
The floors are open to each other (no doors). The bathroom is open in the second bedroom.
The TV has no channels but has access to smart TV apps.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
