Guests have access to the entire accommodation.
I live in Cannes and work in Antibes, so I'm always nearby if any issues arise. I'm also available by phone or text to ensure your stay runs smoothly.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and bright and has a small balcony overlooking a private and very quiet interior courtyard not overlooked.
The furniture is new and the apartment is very clean in an art deco style. It is located on the 1st floor of the building without an elevator.
Antibes SNCF train station 5 minutes on foot -
By car ....Motorway Antibes exit (possibility of QPARK secure parking subscription 100m from the apartment) approximately 60 euros/week
Nice Airport (a bus will take you near the apartment)

You can explore the entire region even without a car. The SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away. Numerous trains will take you to Marineland, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Nice, Monaco, Vingtimille, and San Remo (Italy) with their famous markets in just a few minutes. Numerous buses and coaches, very close to the apartment, can also take you to various cities.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
