Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment includes:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its balcony, adjoining the master bedroom, with a beautiful view of the mountains.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: Wi-Fi, television, microwave, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, oven, fan, iron, refrigerator, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The apartment is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from Annecy town centre (10 minutes), where you will find restaurants and shops.
Free parking is available in the building's (small) parking lot or on the adjacent streets.
For your everyday shopping, you will find a "Franprix" supermarket a 10-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to explore the city's famous sites on foot, including:
- Galeries Lafayettes 11 minutes away;
- Courier Shopping Center 12 minutes away;
- Le Lac and Pâquier 15 minutes away;
- The Old Town 18 minutes away, and many more.
