Magnificent 110 square meter accommodation located in Annecy.
ArrayIt is perfect for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You are staying in the heart of the historic center and a 10-minute walk from the lakeside and direct access to the authentic market 3 times a week.

Able to accommodate 4 people, it is composed of three bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds (bed and bath linen not included) and a baby bed; a fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom; and a living room with a television, a sofa and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: 4G key (wifi), TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, iron and ironing board.
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fee, but can be provided at an additional cost.
You will have a balcony which will be very much appreciated on beautiful sunny days!
The accommodation is ideally located in the city center of Annecy, close to various bars, restaurants, shops and tourist sites!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" and a "Monoprix", respectively 5 minutes and 6 minutes away on foot.
Marquisats Beach is a 15-minute walk away, while the city's must-see attractions such as the Pâquier, the castle, and the old town are all in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.
This accommodation does not have a key box; we allow check-ins until 10 p.m. After this time, regardless of the reason, no keys will be handed over.
