Detached single-story house near other homes. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area (6 chairs), the lounge area with 2 sofas, television and Wi-Fi. Heating by a wood stove, reversible air conditioning. You will have at your disposal 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200 each and a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, as well as a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy the private swimming pool open from May to October (dimensions 8x4m, depth 1.40m, salt water, unheated) secured by a tarpaulin with bars. You will also benefit from a pool house with ping-pong table/garden table, darts, basketball basket, bar, gas stove, double sink, beer tap, refrigerator, additional crockery, shower and toilet; as well as a pétanque court. This cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of the village of Château l'évêque and close to Périgueux, classified 'Town of Art and History' (St Front Cathedral, Tour de Vésone, Gallo-Roman circuit, Medieval-Renaissance circuit, Mataguerre Tower, museums...), and 16 km from Brantôme "The Venice of Périgord" (Abbey and village). Also not to be missed: the castles of Bourdeilles and Puyguilhem, the Villars cave, the village of St Jean de Côle (Floralies on the weekend of May 8), the Truffle Ecomuseum and truffle trails in Sorges.
In the village, a small market is held every Sunday 700 meters from the house, where there is also a bakery/grocery store, a medical center with a pharmacy, and a hairdresser. Two city bikes are available.
