The space: located on the lower ground floor, the apartment has an air-conditioned double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, a full bathroom and a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.
Outdoor area equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the sea breeze.The best thing? Being able to go down to the sea with only a towel on your shoulder and without taking the car...
A stone's throw from the villa, all the services of the marina: supermarkets and bars, the newsstand and tennis courts, typical restaurants and the beautiful coastal garden. A quiet and at the same time lively, young and welcoming place like few others.
Along the coast between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, this is the ideal place from which to discover the most beautiful Salento. It is about 10 km from Gallipoli, 12 km from Torre San Giovanni and 5 km from the wonderful beaches of Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina.
Important note: the apartment is located on a private property where there is another Villa that can be occupied by other guests. We would like to point out that the outdoor spaces are independent, the access to the sea is independent.
N.B. The outdoor shower is shared with the guests occupying the upstairs villa.
