In a quiet location, on a pretty cobbled and flowery street, this village house welcomes you for your holidays.
The spacious ground floor consists of a living room, a dining room under glass roof and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the 45m² flower-filled courtyard, which can be accessed either from the kitchen or the dining area. You can also park your bikes there and use the washing machine, which is located in the small room at the back of the courtyard.
This village house is located on a quiet street, yet close to the port and shops.
Its location is ideal for doing without the car and enjoying the Ile de Ré by bicycle.
