Relax in this peaceful and elegant apartment located on the shores of Lake Annecy and at the foot of the mountains, in the charming and authentic village of Duingt. Ideal for a romantic getaway, the apartment can accommodate two people and a baby, with or without pets. This magnificent apartment measures approximately 61 m² and features a fenced garden, located in a very quiet and recent residence.
The village center with its shops and restaurants is a 500 m walk away, the cycle path and bike rental are 30 m away, the lake and its beautiful beaches are 5 min away and Annecy is 10 km away.
The apartment is located at the foot of a small climbing cliff and is close to numerous hiking trails that will take you into unspoiled nature. In 40 minutes by car or bus, you can reach the family resort of Semnoz, where a wide range of activities can be enjoyed, summer and winter, without ever tiring of the panorama it offers.
This 3-room apartment, transformed into a comfortable and fully equipped apartment for rental, includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a very beautiful master bedroom with a 160X200cm double bed, a relaxation area and a shower room.
The garden of approximately 100 m² with terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day.
This property is completed by a bathroom consisting of a bathtub, a sink unit, a washing machine and a storage unit, with a clothes horse fixed to the ceiling.
