About Duingt....

Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake".

Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.

The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).

Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.

In summer :
-Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house)
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!)
-Paragliding
-The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the station Semnoz
-An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins)

Apparemment magnifique, avec une très belle vue. Nous avons eu un peu chaud car c’était la canicule heureusement nous avions des ventilateurs… Il n’est pas possible s’ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres car 2 donnent côté rue et la suite parentale donne sur le balcon qui est également assez bruyant le soir. Dommage que nous ayons eu une seul jeu de clefs c’était pas évident à gérer d’autant que la gâchette du portillon ne fonctionnait pas. Sinon la plage en bas de l’immeuble est super! Avec le ponton pour sauter dans l’eau! La place de parking très pratique L’accès à la piste cyclable est top aussi! Nous avons passés de belles vacances
