It has been completely renovated and consists of a bright and modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed with anti-mite mattress, the spacious double bedroom overlooks the loggia set up as a relaxation area, bathroom with windowed shower.
Included: washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning and WiFi connection.

From the living area it is possible to access the large terrace with barbecue fireplace and views over the swimming pools. Single garage belonging to the property on the basement level accessible by lift.
