It consists of a bright living area with a equipped and furnished kitchen and a sofa bed, the spacious double bedroom overlooks the second balcony set up as a relaxation area, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
From the living area you can access the large terrace with a barbecue fireplace and a view of the pools. Dedicated parking space. The property is equipped with screens. Pets under 10kg are allowed.
