Gîte adjoining a barn and a house, on 3 levels. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (4 gas burners, dishwasher, mini-oven...). It opens onto a large living room with cathedral ceiling, including a dining area and a lounge with television, wifi and wood stove (only heating method). On this level there is also a bedroom for 1 person with a window onto the lounge and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The 1st floor includes a dormitory with three 90 cm beds, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there is a bedroom with two 80 cm beds that can be converted into 160 cm beds. Outside, enclosed grassy courtyard of approximately 100 m² with garden furniture and gas plancha. Two parking spaces in front of the gîte. End of stay cleaning, electricity and heating included. Double bed sheets: €15. Single bed sheets: €10. Bathroom linen: €10. At the end of an alley, this old village house transformed into a gîte surprises with its layout which favors space and light. A real theater set, this place has been completely renovated with recycled materials and diverted second-hand objects, giving it a unique character. The living room opens onto an enclosed grassy courtyard, ideal for enjoying summer evenings.
Located just 200 metres from a river ideal for fishing, the cottage also benefits from the amenities of the village, where you will find local shops, a tennis court, a pétanque area, a media library and a health centre. At the gateway to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Natural Park, it allows you to discover preserved landscapes and the rich heritage of the Périgord Vert. A few kilometres away, the Villars cave and the Puyguilhem castle bear witness to local history. Not forgetting the richness of the surrounding nature, a veritable green setting that gave its name to the Périgord Vert.
