Welcome to the Maison du Phare, an elegant seaside villa built in 1904 on the port of Le Légué, with a breathtaking view of the Tour de Cesson and the majestic Bay of Saint-Brieuc. This historic heritage proudly retains its original façade, picturesque loggia, antique parquet floors and terraces overlooking the foreshore of the bay, inviting you to immerse yourself in the charm and history of the Breton coast.
With its 167m² spread over four floors, the Maison du Phare offers a unique living space where the interior decoration sublimates the balance of tones and textures.
The house has five bedrooms, each with its own shower room, offering a total of ten beds for absolute comfort during your stay.
On the floor you'll find an elegant bedroom with a 140cm double bed and en-suite shower room with basin.
After a day of exploring, relax in the comfortable living room with TV.
Ascend to the second floor to discover two further bedrooms, each with a 160cm double bed and its own modern shower room.
A fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 80cm) offers ideal space for children.
You'll also find a separate toilet on this floor.
The second floor is the heart of the house, where a vast living room with dining area and a second sitting room with large picture windows offer spectacular sea views.
The large, fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals with family and friends.
On the top floor, a fifth bedroom with a 140cm double bed and private shower room awaits you for peaceful, comfortable nights.

As the home is located on a harbor, it is possible that, during low tides accompanied by high atmospheric pressure, slight marine odors may appear through the pipes. This is a natural feature of life by the sea, in a bay with the fifth largest tidal range in the world, an experience shared by all the inhabitants and neighbors of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc.
