On the day before your stay, we will send a message with the necessary information for your check-in, which must be done from 15:30 onwards. At that time, please inform us of your arrival time. Key collection will take place at our Welcome Centre in Vilamoura, where you can also leave your luggage on the day of check-in or check-out, if necessary. Please note that late check-in is done directly at the accommodation, between 19:00 and midnight, and is subject to an additional fee.
At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean state; otherwise, My home in reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings at the time of check-out, as we are not responsible for items left in the accommodation.
