If you want nature, relaxation, comfort and privacy, then Chalet GM is the place for you. As soon as you enter the newly built premium chalet, you will realize that the owners have made no compromises when it comes to construction and furnishing. Warm wood takes the lead in the living rooms. Slate and concrete let their refreshing tones flow into the hallways and bathrooms.

The consistently indirect lighting sets the mood for all elements and furniture.

The owners were extremely generous with the room layout. The entrance area offers more than enough space for a relaxed arrival with a cloakroom and ski boot room. A wide, open staircase leads to the floor - or the elevator, which serves all upper floors.

The granny flat consists of two bedrooms, a living/dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom with Physiotherm© infrared shower and a guest toilet and a large, covered wooden terrace with access to the exclusive garden section.

LOCATION:

The location of the house and thus of the granny flat is ideal - a mountain slope near the town center, in the middle of the idyllic Brand. The best way to enjoy this mountain world is to engage in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and mountaineering.
