Detached wooden house in a hamlet of a few houses. You will have a main room with a wood stove (the only heating system in the Gîte), a living room (TV, internet, 2 sofas), a dining area and the fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob and fridge). You will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a 160cm bed and the last one has 2 90x190cm beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, separate toilets, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture facing south. Gas barbecue in front of the house. 3000m2 of private unfenced land. After 4 steps, you will enjoy the private swimming pool open from June to the end of September (dimensions 6X4, depth 1.45m, salt, secured by an alarm, entrance by a ladder).
Private parking on site. Carport for 1 car or motorbike. End of stay cleaning €80. Sheets and towels included.
