➡ The property includes a private annex/studio with a separate entrance, which is not part of your booking and has no access to the pool or the main house
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
A €400 refundable damage deposit is required before check-in – the amount will be held on your credit card (on arrival day or up to 24 hours before) and released up to 7 days after check-out.
This deposit is not processed by the platform but collected directly by us. This information will appear during the booking confirmation. Therefore, all bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.
