Residence of 32 apartments, built in 1968, located in the UPPER VILLAGE, 300 m from the BOSSONNET TELEMIX, CHAIRLIFT and SKI TELESCOPE (course departure / depending on Ski Schools), and 100 m from the shops. Shuttle stop 50 m away in winter and 180 m away in summer.
LIVING ROOM (16.38 m²): dining area, 1 SOFA BED (130), TV, window + west-facing French window, west-facing balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
KITCHENETTE: refrigerator (140 L), 4 electric hotplates, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker
HALLWAY (4.85 m²)
BEDROOM (8.52 m²): 2 BUNK BEDS (90) + 1 SINGLE BED (80) -> upper bed prohibited for children under 6, north window, west window + French window, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
