This detached house near the owners, with an area of 111m² is composed of an enclosed plot, a beautiful veranda terrace, a living room with television and DVD player, a kitchen living room with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a laundry room with dryer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Still on the ground floor you will have a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs a separate toilet and two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the second with a 160 bed. This cottage is equipped with a Wifi connection, a baby bed, a high chair and a bathtub for a baby, and a barbecue. This cottage is located in Périgord Noir in the Pays de Sarlat, very close to the Dordogne. You will spend your holidays close to major sites such as La Roque-Gageac, Lascaux and many other exceptional natural sites. You can also discover gardens, castles, go for a gabarre ride, canoe down rivers, even go to Sarlat by bike on a cycle path. The region is also very well known for its gastronomy, so treat your taste buds with the many Périgord specialties.
