On the ground floor there is a large bedroom (double bed) with a walk-in shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, discover two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a second with two single beds), a games or reading room, a bathroom and separate toilets. In the living room, a sofa bed can also be used as an extra for two visitors. The house is surrounded by a large garden with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. You will feel in the green with the hilly landscapes, woods and below in the valley the authentic village of Estivals nearby.
In addition, enjoy 2 terraces on one side and the other of the house with a large table for convivial meals and a garden furniture to relax in. Come and settle in at La Métairie, a sublime 150m² farm ideally located at the crossroads of Limousin, Périgord and Quercy.
