This independent stone house is located 2 km from the village of Saint-Martial-de-Gimel, a small Corrèze town on a dominant plateau with a hilly landscape, not far from Tulle, all services: a cinema, restaurants, supermarkets, an aqua center etc. You can enjoy the peace, quiet and birdsong.
