Detached house on a plot of approximately 500 m² and close to Argentat sur Dordogne. The cottage consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has access from the outside of the adjoining cottage.
Ground floor: Living room with insert, kitchen, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed and 1 120 cm bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
