Apartment on the floor in a residence of 30 apartments, built in 1971, located 500m from the Clusaz centre, 800m from the ESF ski lesson departures at Bossonnet, 50m from shuttle services and the aquatic centre. Beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes.

LIVING ROOM: (PVC parquet floor) 10 m2, a sofa, television, French window leading to a south-facing balcony, beautiful view of mountains and ski slopes, outdoor table and chairs
LIVING/KITCHEN: comfort sofa, dining area, sink, microwave, oven, 4 induction hobs, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, fondue and raclette appliance,
BEDROOM: (PVC parquet floor) 14 m2, 2 single beds (90x200), wardrobe, window,
LOUNGE: (PVC parquet floor) 10 m2, 2 single beds (90), south-facing bay window,
BATHROOM: 10 m2, bathtub, washbasin, washing machine, separate toilet.
