Outside, you will be delighted by the large fenced garden, offering a large pétanque court and a superb heated pool at 27°C from May to September depending on weather conditions. Relax in the heated spa at 29°C from April to October or enjoy the large terrace with a dining area and an outdoor lounge for convivial and relaxing moments outdoors. The charcoal barbecue is replaced by a beautiful electric plancha for good meals with family or friends. The house is also equipped with very spacious indoor and outdoor parking.
The interior of the house will seduce you with its very spacious living room, with a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen with large hobs and an American fridge with filtered water and ice cubes, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bright and welcoming living room is the ideal place to gather as a family. A bedroom with a sofa bed for two people and a magnificent master suite with a queen-size bed in 160x200, a large dressing room and a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub, offer exceptional comfort on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find two elegant bedrooms, ideal for children, with twin beds of 90x200, configurable into double beds of 180x200, each with its own shower room. The third bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed in 160x200 and a desk area ideal for teleworking, also has its own private terrace. A comfortable bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub as well as a games area with table football complete this floor, offering moments of relaxation and entertainment for everyone.
Located right next to the port of Portsall, the house benefits from all the amenities within easy reach, including bars, restaurants and the sailing club within walking distance. The GR34 hiking trail passes right in front of the house, offering superb opportunities to discover the magnificent coastal landscapes.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest fine arts museum....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
