This architect-designed house, spacious and bright, offers a haven of peace where comfort and une conciergerie are guaranteed.
Upon your arrival, let yourself be seduced by the perfect harmony between modernity and tranquillity.
From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the large living area, with its superb cathedral ceiling that lets in natural light. This welcoming space houses a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen and a friendly dining room. You can also enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the Aber Benoit valley.
The west wing of the house is ideal for parents. It consists of an office area, a bedroom with a double bed in 160x200 and an adjoining bathroom. In the East wing, you will find two other bedrooms, an additional bathroom and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed in 160x200 and the second with 2 twin beds in 90x200 which can be combined to form a double bed.
Upstairs, you will find a play area for children, as well as the last bedroom which is equipped with 2 single beds in 90x200.
Outside, you will be able to enjoy a large garden of 1200m² and a south-facing terrace where you can share convivial moments with family or friends around a barbecue, enjoying the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the Aber Benoit below.
A practical shelter is also available for storing sports equipment such as bicycles, windsurfing boards, kitesurfing, canoes, and much more.
The house is located 1500m from the Brouennou beach and 2.5 km from the magnificent Sainte-Marguerite beach.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
