Welcome to this delightful house in Brélès, just 2 minuts from the Aber Ildut. This charming residence offers an exceptional getaway for holidays with family or friends, nestled in the heart of Brittany's countryside.
As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a vast, light-filled living room, including a beautiful, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. This convivial space is ideal for sharing family meals and relaxing after a day of exploring or a day at the beach. On the ground floor, a separate WC, a bar area and an elegant master suite with en suite bathroom and shower ensure absolute comfort.
Upstairs, a playful mezzanine provides an ideal space for children, creating a peaceful play or reading area. Three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, an additional bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet complete the floor, offering spacious accommodation for all members of your group.
The house is set in a large garden, ideal for children. It has a large terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy lunch outside. With its exceptional location just 20 metres from the Aber Ildut, you can enjoy unforgettable walks along the GR34 coastal path, discovering the unspoilt beauty of the Breton coast.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
