As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a large bright living room, including a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen. This friendly space is ideal for sharing meals with family and relaxing after a day of exploring or a day at the beach. On the ground floor, a separate toilet, a bar area and an elegant master suite with an adjoining bathroom and a shower ensure absolute comfort.
Upstairs, a fun mezzanine offers an ideal space for children, creating a peaceful play or reading area. Three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, an additional bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet complete the floor, offering spacious accommodation for all members of your group.
The house is located on a large garden, ideal for children. It has a large terrace to enjoy the sun and have lunch outside.
