Welcome to this charming house located in Brélès, just 2 minutes from the Aber Ildut. This delightful residence offers an exceptional getaway for a family or friends\' holiday, nestled in the heart of the Breton countryside.
As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a vast, bright living space, including a beautiful fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. This convivial area is ideal for sharing family meals and relaxing after a day of exploration or a day at the beach. On the ground floor, a separate toilet, a bar area and an elegant master suite with an en-suite bathroom and shower ensure absolute comfort.
Upstairs, a playful mezzanine offers an ideal space for children, creating a peaceful play or reading corner. Three double bedrooms, a room with two single beds, an additional bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet complete the upstairs, providing spacious accommodation for all members of your group.
The house is situated in a large garden, ideal for children. It has a large terrace to enjoy the sun and have meals outside. With its exceptional location just 20 metres from the Aber Ildut, you can enjoy unforgettable walks on the GR34 coastal path, discovering the preserved beauty of the Breton coast.
