Villa Elaya is a beautiful stone villa with pool in village of Banki, Tinjan region in Istria.
It is surrounded by beautiful oak trees which create a special relaxing atmosphere.
The villa consists an open space living, dining area, kitchen area with the extit to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Downstairs , there is also a family room with a double bed and an extendable sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a untility room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a bath. There is another bathroom with a shower close to the other room. Each bedroom has a balcony with a small table and two chairs.
There is a large, completely fenced garden with two parking places onsite, BBQ area and pool area with outside shower.
The villa is perfect retreat for families or couples.
