Welcome to this enchanting holiday home, located near the picturesque village of Saint-Brès, where peace and nature come together to create the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay. Surrounded by a lush, landscaped garden of 2000 m², this property offers ample outdoor space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Unwind by the fenced, sparkling private pool of 10x5m, set amidst the green nature. The view is stunning. The owner, a plant lover, has carefully designed the garden with various tree species and flora, providing an oasis of calm and privacy. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and there is a dining table for a bite and a drink. The property also has two additional terraces. The one opens onto the kitchen; ideal for your 'al fresco' meals and the second one is located under the canopy at the entrance of the holiday home.

Inside, you will find a warm and inviting atmosphere, where rustic charm is combined with modern amenities. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom for two people and the two bathrooms are also located here. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase; the bedroom is suitable for children and is a so-called through-bedroom with two single beds that provide access to the last bedroom where a double bed is located.
Back on the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen mentioned earlier, and a cosy seating area with a television.
