The owner's note, Villa.nl
Villa Vic with air conditioning, private pool 2 kilometers from the sea. Vic-la-Gardiole is a medieval fishing village between Montpellier and Sète. Close by are several seaside resorts with pleasant sandy beaches. Stroll along the boulevards, rent a lounger and enjoy a snack and a drink; it is lively and pleasant here. In terms of sports and culture, you can also indulge yourself here. From cycling tours to canoeing and from old castles to fortresses in the sea; it's all here.
Our villa has a nice flat terrain, fenced, where your children can play safely. There is a petanque court.
The pool has a shallow area for the kids and it has a roller deck. There is a sun terrace next to the pool.
There are terraces on either side of the villa where you can enjoy your meals 'al fresco' in the shade. Enjoy grilling on the barbecue or make a Mediterranean recipe in the well-equipped kitchen. Your ingredients can all be bought fresh from the market. In the lounge is a nice lounge area and adjacent to the kitchen a dining table. Furthermore, here is a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a utility room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. Highly recommended this villa.
