Villa Margaux is quietly located in a former olive grove and has lovely views over the olive trees and the adjacent vineyard. This villa in Carcès has 3 bedroom(s) and a mezzanine and can be booked for up to 6 people.
The villa features a lovely heated swimming pool with comfortable loungers. The pool is equipped with a separately operated jet stream for the sporty swimmer. The covered terrace with large dining table and gas BBQ is the ideal place for a wonderful evening of enjoyment. The second terrace has a large dining table so you can enjoy both sun and shade. In summer, the beautiful Pin Parasol offers fine natural shade on the luxurious wooden deck with outdoor shower.
The villa is located within walking distance (approx. 800 metres) of the medieval Provençal village of Carcès, where you will find the bakery, a butcher, supermarkets, bike rental, cosy bars and atmospheric restaurants.
This recently renovated villa is fully air-conditioned and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a mezzanine with a double bed accessible via a staircase in the living room.
The open kitchen is spacious and modern, equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave/oven and dishwasher. A nice place to make a delicious Provençal meal.
The living room has a large dining table, a spacious sitting area with flat-screen TV and fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. There are toys for the children.
