Superb villa Beaumont with private heated pool in luxury domain at the foot of Mont Ventoux. The domain is located next to a beautiful spa with excellent restaurant. Within walking distance you will find the charming village of Malaucène where you can enjoy the local market on Wednesdays and afterwards settle down on a cosy terrace for a coffee or lunch. Orange and Avignon are unique cultural cities where you can visit one of the many festivals. Wine castles with tastings are also a great experience. Mont Ventoux is a 'must' for cyclists but also recommended for hikers.
This villa has a heated swimming pool (12x4) overlooking its sister Mont Ventoux. By the pool a sun terrace and two covered terraces adjacent to the villa.
Inside, it is pleasantly bright in the living room with open kitchen equipped with all amenities. Three pairs of double doors open onto the terrace. In the sitting area, the fireplace is flanked by a large flat-screen TV. Next door you will find a bedroom with en suite bathroom and French doors opening onto a covered terrace. Upstairs are the other three generous bedrooms, each air-conditioned and its own bathroom. Three of the total of four bedrooms are for 2 people, the last one is equipped with 2 pairs of solid bunk beds for a total of four children.
Villa Beaumont has a carport for one car. Other cars can be parked inside the property, close to the house.
