The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the upper floor and all have air conditioning. The furnishings are particularly tasteful with beautiful, durable materials.

The outdoor kitchen with large barbecue is located under the beautiful covered terrace, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dine cosily during the warm summer evenings. You enjoy a beautiful landscape and views of the private heated swimming pool (8x3.5m). Thanks to the garden lighting and pool lighting, the atmosphere in the evening is extraordinary.
Surroundings: Central in Malaucène and close to Mont Ventoux
You overlook a large park that is immediately accessible via a gate from the garden. Here you will find several sports facilities (basketball court, tennis court, running track, fitness equipment, skate ramp, fishing pond, ...) and plenty of space to play or walk. Neighbours from the same residence also have direct access, so it is a nice hotspot to get to know each other and it is not crowded at all. A paradise for children.
This holiday home with heated private swimming pool is within walking distance of the town of Malaucène. You will find numerous nice terraces and restaurants there, and you can also go there for all your shopping. A car is therefore really not a requirement.
Even outside the high season, you will be happy to stay here. Walkers and cyclists can more than ever indulge their passion here and can come here for the ultimate cycling holiday at the foot of Mont Ventoux in Provence. But even if you simply want to enjoy the Provençal nature and peace, this holiday home is also particularly cosy and perfect.
