The owner's note, Villa.nl
This villa is very quietly situated between the meadows and forests with the Provencal town of Aups at a distance of 2 km, where you will find several supermarkets. There is also a baker to get your fresh baguette and croissants in the morning or other fresh products at the weekly fresh market. It is actually unnecessary to mention that you will find restaurants and terraces in this region.
The area offers many possibilities for the real France lover but also for the sporty holidaymaker; you can rent boats in the Lac de St. Croix or a canoe to paddle along the river.
You will find the house at the end of a small cul-de-sac.
What immediately strikes you is that the garden has its own olive grove and the old well also catches the eye. Large trees provide plenty of shade. From the private swimming pool (10 x 5, secured with aqua-alarm) you have a beautiful view on the hills.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a large leather corner sofa opposite the fireplace. The dining area can accommodate 8 people. Furthermore there is a TV with satellite dish, DVD player and stereo with CD player.
The fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped. There is also an extra fridge/freezer combination in the garage.
