Welcome to our beautiful luxury villa located in picturesque Lorgues, one of the most beautiful vacation destinations in southern France. This villa features a large (heated) pool of 13 x 8 meters with three lounges, one of which is covered. There is also a summer kitchen and air conditioning in all bedrooms for your comfort.
The villa is located on a quiet property of 3 hectares, on a cul-de-sac, which ensures plenty of privacy. The center of Lorgues, with its cozy restaurants, bars, supermarket and large Provencal market, is only 2 kilometers away. During the renovation, original details such as beamed ceilings have been preserved, creating a wonderful mix between old details and modern comfort.
Outside there is a large heated swimming pool surrounded by over 250 m2 of tiled terraces, where several comfortable sitting and lounge areas have been created. Should the evenings get chilly, you can warm yourself by the fire table. There is also a pool house with an additional bathroom/toilet, where you can shower before and after swimming. In the outdoor kitchen you will also find a spacious dining table, a wood-fired pizza oven and an extra refrigerator.
On the floor there is a tastefully furnished living room with fireplace, spacious seating area and a separate lounge/TV corner. The kitchen is equipped with all possible built-in appliances, including a fridge/freezer with wine cooler, combination oven/microwave, combi/steam oven, dishwasher, Kitchen Aid food processor and an induction hob with built-in extractor. A large round dining table completes the cozy kitchen. On the floor there is also a separate toilet and a utility room with washer and dryer.
The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and the floor is equipped with floor cooling, so the villa stays cool in summer. Upstairs there are 2 separate bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi, and the third bathroom is ensuite. All bathrooms have a rain shower and double sinks. Two bathrooms have a toilet and there is also a separate toilet.
