This cottage is located equidistant between Limoges and Brive, easily accessible via the A20 motorway. At the entrance, a cozy corner is fitted out with a bench. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen/living room, adjoining a warm living room with sofas, a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen opens onto a large terrace, decorated with a garden table and chairs. The sleeping area includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower, equipped with a wall seat, as well as a shared toilet that completes this functional space. Three bedrooms are also present: the has a 160 cm bed, the second has a 140 cm bed, and the third has two 90 cm beds. Upstairs, two other bedrooms are available: one has a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, while the other also has two 90 cm beds. A bathroom, equipped with a shower and a toilet, is also available. Nestled in a farmhouse comprising a barn, a pigsty and a shed, this independent house has been completely renovated with great taste. It is located in a small, peaceful hamlet. You will appreciate its beautiful terrace, which opens onto an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good life. In addition, a neighboring second home adds to the appeal of this friendly place. And if you feel like it, you will have the opportunity to explore the farm with a guide, who will allow you to observe the cows, pigs, sheep, as well as the farmyard animals such as hens, guinea fowl, turkeys and rabbits. You can also take a leisurely stroll on the trails or in the forest in search of mushrooms and other treasures of nature.
