Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment in Estartit, a comfortable space that can accommodate up to 4 people. This 65 m² apartment exudes a warm atmosphere and offers side sea views from the balcony.
Comfort is paramount, with the beautiful sandy beach of L'Estartit just 200 meters away, as well as a supermarket for your daily needs. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Empordà Golf Course, just 9 kilometers away. Flaçà train station is 22 kilometers away, and for family fun, the Aquabrava amusement park is 32 kilometers from your door. Girona Airport is easily accessible, just 55 kilometers away.
Located in the heart of the city, this apartment is well-equipped with elevator access, a balcony, air conditioning (hot and cold), fans, mosquito nets, and access to a shared swimming pool with a separate children's area. The convenience of having an outdoor parking space within the same grounds is a plus. Entertainment is provided by a television. If necessary, the agency can arrange internet access for an additional fee of €10/day, subject to availability.
