Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house with a separate entrance, terrace and private garden at the gîte. It consists of a fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 140cmx190cm double bed and 1 120cm bed with lounge area and TV, 1 separate shower room with closed toilet. A private terrace with access to the fenced garden, private and secure parking. Washing machine shared with the owners "no supplement for one wash per week". Cleaning extra. €30. Ideally located in the countryside, quiet and at the same time close to amenities: Carrefour contact, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, gas station in the village 1.5 km away. Ideal starting point for many tourist visits: the most beautiful villages in France (Collonges la Rouge, Turenne, Curemonte, etc.), gardens (Jardins de Colette 5 km away, Les jardins de l'imaginaire in Terrasson, etc.), castles (Hautefort, Segur le château, etc.), but also tourist sites (Rocamadour, Sarlat, Gouffre de Padirac, les Pans de Travassac 5 km away, etc.), close to major prehistoric sites (Lascaux, Les Eyzies, etc.), markets (Brive 10 km away, etc.) to enjoy local products.
