Bernadette and Alain welcome you to their completely restored Gîte Le Mimosa.
It consists of a beautiful living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area, lounge/dining room, 1 mezzanine bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and a 90x190 bed, 1 separate shower room with WC. A private terrace of 19m² with access to the fenced garden, private parking.
Wifi Gîte completely renovated with taste, warm and comfortable. Close to the village of Aubazine. Remarkable for its 12th century Cistercian abbey, Aubazine is also worth a visit for its picturesque streets, its old houses decorated with stones from the abbey buildings, and the memory of Coco Chanel. Ideal for finding yourself in peace and quiet surrounded by nature!!
Hiking in Aubazine: You can enjoy the Canal des Moines trail (2km). More than a canal, it is an exceptional work of art from the 12th century and it is to the monks of the abbey that we owe this true technical feat intended to supply water to fishponds and convent buildings.
